right through the clouds and the trees
the motion of life
A day where change culminated. Some joyful, some less so. Forward motion, though: progress.
a winter walk
calmness amongst the trees
crows chattering
Today’s word: think.
underneath the trees
forest’s calmness helps me think
needed clarity
Forests calm me. Birdsong, the scent of firs, a gentle breeze. All bring tranquility.
through the nearby woods
the way, today, much drier
moving through winter
silence of midnight
celebrate tranquility
snow upon the firs
Walking at sunset
Light dances upon the trees
Squealing children play
As I move through dusk
The cool darkness comforts me
From the past’s echos
the sun through the trees
lovely warmth upon my skin
while junkos fly past
My evening walks have been a key element of my sanity during these trying times. The weather’s been lovely, so this walk has been truly wonderful.
